Owen Stanfill

Bio

Coach Stanfill is entering his 5th year with Royse City High School and his 7th year overall in coaching and education. He looks forward to contributing in 2025 as a Freshman Defensive Coach focused on the Defensive Line. Prior coaching roles include an internship in his hometown of Jacksonville, Texas, and as a Junior High Coach at Chapel Hill ISD. Coach Stanfill was a 2009 graduate of UTTyler with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and teaches US History at RCHS. His two daughters, Hattie (10) and Nora (8), are big Bulldog fans and are always proud to wear black and gold. Coach Stanfill resides in Garland, TX, with his partner Nicole and smiles every time he crosses the lake to be with the Bulldogs.
