Bio

Coach Carriker embarks on his 20th year of teaching/coaching. An Abilene, Texas native, Coach Carriker is an alumnus of Louisiana College in Pineville, Louisiana, where he played Quarterback for the Wildcats. His coaching career spans numerous stops at LC, HSU, Lone Oak HS, Odessa HS, Mesquite Poteet HS, YMLA-Ft. Worth, and North Mesquite HS. Throughout his career, he has served as Offensive Coordinator, QB/WR Coach and Head Coach for both Boys’ and Girls’ Track. His phenomenal wife of 19 years, Stephanie, is an Instructional Coach within Mesquite ISD. God has blessed them with two amazing children, Jeaux and Reagan.
