Drew Colvin

Bio

Coach Colvin is entering his 16th year coaching, and his 2nd year as Head Football Coach/Boys Athletic Coordinator at Royse City High School. The previous 8 years he has been an Offensive Coordinator with stops at Dallas Molina, Kemp, Tyler Legacy and most recently at Rockwall High School from 2020-2024. In the 2023 season Coach Colvin achieved a personal accomplishment of being named a finalist for Dave Campbell's Texas High School Football Offensive Coordinator of The Year. Coach Colvin is a 2004 graduate of Mesquite High School, from there he went to Southwestern Assemblies of God University where he played football, was voted a Team Captain as a Senior, and earned a Bachelor's Degree in History. He has a beautiful wife Chelsea, who has provided unwavering support as a coach's wife. They have been married for 16 years and have 3 amazing daughters, Hattie (12), Hannah (5), and Hazel (3).
