Cody Townson

Bio

Coach Townson is entering his 17th year of coaching and his 3rd year at Royse City High School. Coach Townson serves as the Assistant Head Coach, Strength and Conditioning Coordinator, and Tight Ends Coach for the Bulldogs.Throughout his coaching career, Coach Townson has held several leadership roles, including Offensive Coordinator at North Mesquite High School, Strength and Conditioning Coordinator at West Mesquite High School, and Run Game Coordinator at both West Mesquite High School and JJ Pearce High School. His experience includes coaching multiple position groups and leading strength programs. Coach Townson and his wife, Sarah, have been married for 23 years. They have one son, Von, who is 13. Coach Townson and his family are excited for another great year at Royse City.
